Our story

The Kitchen Whitelaw is the brain child of master cook and amateur bourbon enthusiast Jeremy Whitelaw. Big “live, laugh, love” energy around here. New American cooking, diner fare, country club cuisine, the classics you know and love. Fanny packs may be cool, but not as cool as sourdough.

Our ingredients

Working only with whole ingredients, we have a dedication to simplicity and quality. The standard is high, the quantity is not. All bread is made in small batches with a focus on excellence.
